I. Acceptance of Terms
1. Upon registering your personal/corporate account on this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the terms in this Notice.
2. This Notice shall take effect when you agree to register your personal/corporate account on this website, and it shall expire on the date when you cancel your account or the "CISCE" ends.
3. The CISCE reserves the right to modify and update this Notice from time to time. Once modified and updated privacy terms are published on this website, they will effectively replace the original privacy terms.
II. Registration Information
In accordance with the requirements of the relevant higher authorities, all current visitors are required to undergo real-name information online reservation registration.
1. Online registration: Kindly utilize the information on your identity document, including your name, ID number, and cell phone number, for pre-registration. Only upon completion of the registration process will you be allowed to visit the exhibition site.
2. On the day of your visit, kindly present your original ID card and adhere to the instructions of the on-site staff for security checks and ID verification. In the event that the identity information provided does not correspond to your original ID card, or if any discrepancies are found between the information provided during the booking process and the exhibited content, the organizer and the exhibition hall reserve the right to refuse entry to the exhibition site.
3. In order to ensure a conducive visiting environment, please comply with any temporary control measures and patiently follow the instructions and arrangements of the on-site staff.
4. To guarantee a healthy and safe visiting experience, please observe social distancing protocols and maintain a civilized and orderly conduct during your visit.
III. Information Protection
The CISCE will protect the information security of users according to the law and will not disclose the registration information of users privately or to a third party, except under the following circumstances:
1. Has obtained the clear authorization of the user in advance;
2. According to the relevant provisions of the relevant laws and regulations;
3. According to the requirements of the relevant government departments;
4. In order to safeguard social public interests and safety;
5. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the CISCE or to conduct related statistics, analysis and verification work.

Personal information you provide upon request when registering for the China International Supply Chain Expo (the China International Supply Chain Expo website and mobile applications, collectively referred to as the CISCE Online Platform);
Server data on your browser is automatically received and recorded by CISCE Online Platform when you use CISCE Online Platform services, participate in activities, or visit webpages, including but not limited to IP address, information in website cookies, and web page records that you request access to;
For the purpose of serving users, CISCE Online Platform may provide services to you by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you information about events, services and merchant matching data.
Disclosure of Information
Your personal information will be disclosed, in part or in whole, in the following circumstances:
To third parties with your consent;
If you are an eligible IPR Complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosed to the Respondent at the Respondent's request, so that both parties can deal with possible rights disputes;
To disclose to a third party or an administrative or judicial body in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of the administrative or judicial body;
Disclosure to third parties is required if you appear to have violated the relevant laws of China or CISCE Online Platform policies;
It is necessary to share your personal information with a third party in order to provide the products and services you have requested;
Other disclosures that the Platform deems appropriate in accordance with the law or Platform policies.

The registration and use of user names and nicknames shall conform to network ethics and comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
User names and nicknames should not contain controversial words such as threatening, obscene, abusive, illegal, infringing on the rights and interests of others.
After successful registration, the user should properly use and maintain their account and password, and their account and password under responsible behavior and events. The user is responsible for any loss caused by the leakage of his/her account.
Users shall not steal other people's accounts, and shall be responsible for the consequences of such behavior.
Users should provide true, accurate and complete personal information as well as e-mail, cell phone number, mailing address and other contact information. Otherwise, the user shall be solely responsible for any adverse consequences arising therefrom.

If such negotiation comes to no avail, you may and agree to submit such dispute to the people’s court with jurisdiction where the CIEC is located.The laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China(excluding laws and regulations of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan, China) shall apply to the dispute resolution under the Policy.
